Text Box: PAYMENT: Net 30 for customers with approved credit. All other accounts are C.O.D. Finance charges 1.5% (18% annum) will be assessed to all accounts in excess of 30 days. Accounts in excess of 30 days revert to C.O.D. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 handling fee. ORDERING: Orders are accepted on a first come, first serve basis and with the understanding that we cannot be responsible for crop failure, winter injury or other damage. All shipments travel at the cost of the purchaser. Stock not claimed within seven days of a “ready date” may be considered cancelled. GUARANTEE: We offer quality nursery stock to professionals of the nursery and landscaping trade, therefore we cannot be held responsible for the success of transplanting. Accepting our product at the time of sale or delivery is considered proof that such stock is of good health and survivability. We will replace or issue credit for any material for up to 60 days after the pickup/delivery date at our discretion. No claims will be considered regarding orders which have not been paid in full according to the applicable terms. In all cases, the original price shall be the maximum damages to which the customer is entitled. A surcharge may apply for summer digging and is done entirely at the customer’s risk. DELIVERY: All prices are F.O.B. Sudbury Nurseries West, Gill, Massachusetts. Delivery is by arrangement only and strictly tailgate– please make necessary arrangement to unload the material including having the necessary equipment available at the time of delivery. When picking up orders, please remember to bring adequate covers and materials to protect the stock in transit. WARNING TO BIDDERS: Our prices do change.
